Shepard is an Emerson Alum who is currently the Beat The Streets New England's Boston program director. Shepard has been involved with a number of global projects and now uses sports as a way of youth development and civic engagement. As program director he works with over 300 youth annually in the city of Boston, using the sport of wrestling as a gateway for mentorship. 

Siapok Mu began as a journalism undergraduate student and switched to political communications after becoming immersed in public diplomacy and the political campaign trails here in the US.
