2021 ~ We made it! Today, I am bringing something different to this streaming platform - a short guided meditation that came to me as I prepared to get back into work life and start the flow of 2021.  We may be out of 2020 but it is still a very difficult and uncertain time across the world.  Being unable to go out freely, see friends and family as well as dealing with the cold and grey...

One week on from #BlackOutTuesday and I am proud of how we are still standing up and standing strong. I think of the spiritual warfare our ancestors are continuously fighting on our behalf from the other side and the role of ally's expanding to the spiritual for us to move forward.
