Parked at the Drive-In

Tv EN ↓ 6 episodes

You’re Parked At The Drive-In. A new podcast where I sit in my car and talk movies. Yep, literally. Just me, a microphone, and the occasional confused person walking by wondering why I’m passionately yelling about movies in a parking lot. I’m a professional cinematographer, which means I can’t just “watch” movies anymore, I have to overanalyze the lighting, camera angles, and every lens flare like a true psychopath. Expect random movie talk, deep dives into filmmaking, personal stories, and a healthy dose of awkward energy (because talking to yourself in a car is weirder than you’d think).

Forgive Me, For I Have Sinned 11.12.2025

In Episode Six of Parked at the Drive-In , I admit my biggest movie sins. Then I "drive" headfirst into movie theater etiquette . What’s okay? What’s unforgivable? And why does going to the movies feel harder than it used to? A fun, honest, and slightly rant-heavy love letter to the theater experience.

In this episode of Parked At The Drive-In, I dive headfirst into the guilty pleasure movies I love. From shameless guilty pleasure picks to the one film I may finally be ready to stop defending. Pet Peeves and Plutonium 13.11.2025

On this episode, we’re talking about movie quirks, the small onscreen habits and filmmaking choices that we all notice, laugh at, or quietly question. Then we shift into some love for a classic that still holds up today, and why certain movies seem to stick with us across time.

Movie Dad 06.11.2025

In this episode, I talk about what it’s like being a movie dad, sharing my love of movies with my daughter for the first time. From childhood memories of Jurassic Park and Batman Returns to taking my little girl to her first theater trip, I dive into why movies mean so much to me and how being a parent completely changed the way I watch them. It’s a personal, funny, and emotional drive-in chat abo...

Pull On In (To the Drive-In) 30.10.2025

In the very first episode of Parked At The Drive-In, Tyler kicks things off from his car (yes, literally) to talk about why he started the show, what movies mean to him, and how being a cinematographer changes the way he watches them. Expect awkward solo energy, movie love, and plenty of caffeine-fueled rambling about why films stick with us long after the credits roll.
