What the heck? How did someone who doesn't drink? Or use drugs get charged with a DUI?  And what happened?  This one was personal....(I guess they all become personal to me.  lol. 

Oh boy did THIS case surprise me!  Even Shelly couldn't guess this one.... Can you?
