A summary of journal and diary entries of a wife and mother diagnosed with ALS. Each episode is a single entry usually separated by a few days. The journals reveal thoughts, prayers and emotions under the weight of the this disease and how it intermingles with the ordinary rituals of daily life including work, raising children and being a wife and friend. There are approximately 150 possible personal entries with the possibility of more interviews with others. Narration is done primarily by her husband with children assisting sporadically.
