Nat and Liz are back after a 6-month hiatus with a lorikeet cacophony in the background. They cover movies on the plane, best books for your bedside table, Julia Gillard on stage, Gogglebox, Succession and a bunch of great TV shows.

Liz and Nat are lounging in Centennial Park to bring you their latest podcast - spring has sprung and much is happening. They have been busy going to see Moulin Rouge and Kabaret for the Fringe Festival, watching Rachel Griffiths on art and reading wonderful books - come join us on our next adventure.

Liz and Nat have finally reconnected after a brief hiatus due to COVID, school holidays, HSC trials and life in general (like work, family etc)… so many books, shows and things to share … plus the classic moment where Nat realised that Dutch and Danish is not the same country! Duh - but we all have these moments don’t we, at least this one is recorded for prosperity!

On the eve of Sarah Winman at the Sydney Writer’s Festival, Liz and Nat talk about the magic of reading and the power it has on our lives. They also share the latest and greatest books, viewing and art with dulcet tones of Centennial Park of mowers, planes and dogs.

Nat is currently renovating and washing her hair in the kitchen sink whilst Liz manages to wash the sheets in the brief day of sunshine! But real shit is going down in the world with the war in Ukraine, devastating flood and knowing we have the worst PM ever. And yes we do talk books, art, shows and more!

Liz and Nat are back for 2022 with the usual shambolic approach to podcast sound quality but happily reunited in person. It’s all about books this episode with the wash up of the summer reading, a little bit of Succession and we are VERY excited about Midge Maisle’s return. So it’s “tit’s up” for 2022.

On a glorious afternoon in Sydney’s Centennial Park, Nat and Liz are back together, in person, regrouping on the last few weeks in lockdown, books, binging and a quick round of up on online exercise apps.

It’s August, it’s another week of lockdown. Nat’s finally cracked and taken up jogging, Liz is trying to touch her toes. With these lofty ambitions on the go, they also check out Hit and Run, Halt and Catch Fire, Nicole Kidman in Byron plus some cracking new reads.

It’s back in lockdown for the Emerald City. And whilst the books and reading segment is a little light on there’s still plenty of to talk about. Liz makes marmalade and catches up on some bingeing whilst Nat discusses ticket refunds for all the fabulous things we won’t get to … for a while. Getting FOMO for Dark MOFO. Liz is disappointed in the half arsed jungle in When Heroes Fly and Nat thinks Botticelli needs to lift his game. But there’s some cracking books, good food and plenty to chat about in this episode recorded with Oska the Cat and Charlie the Dog.

Liz and Nat share stories of how they are once again getting out of their respective bubbles, through to yelling at their kids to get off their screens only then to yell at their kids to get back on their screens to do their homework, plus personal confessions and commitments made, and a few books and shows, and more!

After a couple of mini-trips Nat and Liz return to discuss feeling a bit ‘meh’, COVID testing queues at beautiful Bondi, great new shows and bulletproof stress knitting. The kids return to school and Nat and Liz may soon have to return to normal footwear as our post pandemic lives resume. Still there plenty of time for this month’s reading and viewing including Fauda, Drunk History and even a 6 out of 10 movie.
