Therapy is a resource used by many people, including teenagers. But, what actually happens in therapy, and how is it beneficial for people? In this episode, we discuss everything about therapy; from debunking myths, having a conversation with a practicing therapist about their job, and sharing anecdotal experiences regarding therapy.
