Order: A foundational virtue for unity of life

To be magnanimous is to be great in mind and heart; to refuse to be petty or resentful. To be high-minded and noble, willing to face danger for a just cause. May we all strive to embody this virtue!

It's not about ticking the boxes; it's about persevering with our Lenten promises. It's not too late to start again - today, now!

To love our neighbour as our Lord asks us, we need to be able to suffer with them.

Obedience plays a significant role in our path to sanctity, our apostolate, and in our overall well-being.

To be audacious is to be willing to take risks. For that, we must be prepared, and that preparation doesn't come by chilling on the couch.

If we really want to live the gospel, we need to have a desire to learn from our tradition and those who came before us.

Piety is the virtue that will help us to fall in love with God. As with any virtue, we need to be consistent in order to acquire it. Instagram link

The Truth will make you free. The ultimate truth is Christ, only when He is in the center of our life can we truly live.

If we can master the virtue of temperance, we will be able to follow Jesus with a heart in love for the world to see.

The virtue of fortitude is to be strong. But this strength isn't about never falling; it's about getting back up to continue the fight.

The virtue of justice helps us to give others what is due to them, but in order to give justly we must be inspired by the Supreme Good.

The virtue of prudence is acquired, among other things, from our learning of the past. Also, this virtue will help up to be witnesses of our faith in God through our actions.

Prudence can't be confused with timidity. It is a demanding virtue which is often misunderstood.

We each have a story and we all have some kind of daily battle to face daily. Perseverance: that's what will predict whether we will make it through the war.

We are a unity of body and soul. Just as our soul should glorify God, so should our body. Everything we do with our bodies must be for the glory of God.

Mary was present at the very beginning of the Church, and today she is still here with us and for us.

Our lives grow, develop, and so should our relationship with God and with those around us. To keep everything going, be diligent, get up now, and give glory to God.

All sins distance us from God, but the sins of impurity tend to desensitise us so that it becomes harder to love him properly.
