One Day I Decided
One Day I Decided… to reclaim my life. I'm Amanda, a woman with over a decade of sobriety, and this is my podcast. One Day I Decided is where we get real about addiction, mental health, and the stories that don't fit the typical narrative. Each episode, I talk to fellow recovering addicts and therapists who share their story, their struggles, and how they broke free from the things that tried to define them. This podcast isn’t about the dark past; it’s about life after addiction—about the strength, the hope, and the decision to keep going. We challenge the stigma, we do recover.
