Life changes in the blink of an eye and you can go from smiling, laughing, and celebrating one day to completely having to fight demons the next and it's not even your war.

Do you ever think about what it is that you're attracting or do you think that the universe is just sending you foul shit for fun? Are you having trouble finding peace in your own space?

Struggling to calm the mind, I wonder, who's up, who's listening, and why are you not in dreamland yet!

Why is it that we can shout to the whole wide world about topics such as Sports, Music, and Movies but when it comes to Mental Health we are reduced to an insecure whisper? Not anymore - I refuse to keep topics like Mental Health, Anxiety, PTSD, and other topics such as these a stigma, a mere whisper or swept under the rug because we are uncomfortable.    So let us get uncomfortable together shall...

Why are you here?  I see the data, I know who I am talking to but why are you here?  What do you tune in for, do you have questions...is it your curiosity that brings you to my platform.  Do you need to join me on the Couch with Best Believe? 

Why do we feel like all this pressure needs to be applied on this one day of the year? Let's stop being so transactional with our love for real.  If you don't show me love every day then please don't try showing me love on February 14th, that shit doesn't mean shit to me. 

We all wake up one day closer to dying...how do you want to spend your last moments? How do you want to be remembered? Let's talk about using this new year to get back to the true you.

Taking a look into the lack of integrity between those who say they have your back and those who say they want your heart.
