OFX EPISODE 56: A NEW YEAR AND A NEW SPARTAN. Might as well start the new year off swinging. Bethany and Dave are joined by the Pilates Prince of the Prairies, Mik Gerylo, and we drop every bit of info we have about the new Spartan series races. Plus you also get to hear some of our thoughts on some of the best and worst of 2021.

OFX EPISODE 55: THE HYROX HOGANS. With Hyrox expanding all over the place we get to meet some amazing athletes from just about everywhere. OFX EPISODE 52: YANCY CULP SPILLS IT ALL It's all in the title. We are joined by the charismatic cyborg Yancy Culp, and he brought us something to talk about. He leaks all the brand new info on all the Deka happenings coming soon. 2022 looks to be a huge year for Deka.

We have always been fans of Rachel Watters, and she has had a massive break out year hitting personal goals and podiums all over the place. That hasn't been the only victory for her though. She has fought to grow a healthy relationship with food. She talks openly about her struggles and how she still fights to stay on track.

OFX EPISODE 50: IT FINALLY WAS KATIE'S DAY AND NIGHT. After being on the down side of a couple of bizarre judgement calls at Hyrox and Spartan, Katie Knight finally gets a chance to show what she is made of. Katie tells us all about her rookie WTM experience. Did we mention she got 90 miles and won? Seems like we should mention that. :)

OFX EPISODE 49: ROGUE INVITATIONAL AND SPARTAN PODIUMS. Carolyne and Lexy are back, and telling us all about Lexy's first ever Spartan race. Then we get all the details from Carolyne's experience at the Rouge invitational.

OFX EPISODE 47:  SARAH KEYES TAKES 3RD AT BLUE AND BRINGS AARON ALONG FOR THE RIDE. Sarah Keyes jumps in to the Spartan Canadian National Series and takes 3rd at Blue Mountain Beast. Aaron Newell joins her and earns a finisher medal... Well and maybe 2nd overall for the Canadian Series as well.

OFX EPISODE 46: MIK'S GOT THE BLUES We are joined by our buddy Mik Gerylo, who is feeling serious FOMO about having to miss out on Spartan Blue Mountain. He shares with us his thoughts on the course map and what to expect on race day. Plus we discuss some of the amazing athletes who will be racing and who we think will be standing tall on the podium at the end of the day.

OFX EPISEODE 43: SPARTAN NORTH AMERICAN CHAMP EMMA COOK-CLARKE Let's wave that Canadian flag. In only her 3rd ever Spartan race, Emma goes out and wins the North American Championship at Tahoe. We said this woman would be a force, and she has proven us right. She tells us all about her whirl wind adventure just trying to get to the start line of this race.

OFX EPISODE 42: HYROX WORLDS 3RD PLACE FINSHER TIAGO MIGUEL LOUSA. This week we are bringing you a special bonus episode. We were so lucky to be able to get to talk with the man that came out of nowhere to take a podium spot at Hyrox Worlds. The thing is he apparently didn't come out of no where. He has been out there crushing it and has just been flying under our radar. Watch out for Tiago.
