A very quick, completely unscripted and not-well-thought-out example of what Obsidian is, how it works (sort of) and some of it's main features I really like. You should use Obsidian, it's amazing.

We're playing #cavesofqud daily! We get a Praetorian build today, so a strong sword + board wielder, with a rifle off the hop as well. Great build, with a lot of potential. I, of course, overestimated my ability to soak damage and died - RIP Random Praetorian for day 152 of 2026.

We're playing #cavesofqud daily! We set out from Joppa, following the traditional path of new players - Red Rock, Rust Wells, and all that fun stuff.

In this house, we don't believe in video editing or quitting games that we suck at. We're going to keep playing Caves of Qud until 9 out of 10 runs have to be abandoned due to time constraints, because sucking at something is the first step to being sorta good at something. And with those positive vibes going in, we attempt to survive more than 10 minutes today... and hooo-boy do we ever succeed!...

It's Snapjaw season, and we learn the hard way that at level 3, Snapjaw Warlords have more bite than we do!
