In their first(!) journey to the year 2000, Andrew and Dan encounter a musical landscape that has all of the bad stuff from the 90s (spiked hair) but none of the scary stuff from the 2000s (war on terror). It's a strange world, where only the most savage of gardens can climb to the top of the charts with a song so commercial viable it sounds like it was written by AI.

This week's episode might hold the record for longest title, but we'd expect nothing less from the 1940s, an era when every man had an orchestra and every orchestra had a random lady singer. Andrew and Dan are about to learn at least 2 facts about this Glen Gray hit, but not until they meticulously comb through this year's Oscar nominations.
