Long time no see! I am back with a 30 minute ramble on why I am choosing to be "content" everyday rather than searching for happiness. I explain how I stumbled upon this idea of "The Contentment Theory", and how I plan on implementing it into my day to day life. I also provide an actionable model that helps support fulfilment and contentment, known as the PERMA+ Model.
