We're commanded to teach our children the Bible at all times - whether home or away, when we wake up and when we go to bed. If the church is the main place your children are learning the Bible, that is not enough. Listen for seven practical tips to help you teach the Bible to children.

Loving like Jesus is a major demand on your time, energy, and resources. It's a 24/7 job. Even if it's not always easy or convenient, Jesus calls us to love.

God can speak to us in a number of different ways. However, that voice is often crowded out by the noise around us. Try putting yourself in an environment where you are open and receptive to hear the voice of God.

We've had a great weekend exploring the 50 year history of our church. This message highlights some more current church events and realigns our focus to what our endgame should be as a church body.

Part 10: Ephesians 6:10-24 When we equip ourselves with the full armor of God, we are ready to defend ourselves against the full forces of evil in the world. With these protections and the prayers of our fellow believers, we will stand firm as saints.

Part 9: Ephesians 5:22 - 6:9 Here Paul offers Godly advice for living like Christ in your relationships, with your spouse, family, and at work. Following these principles can bring you peace and joy and more importantly bring glory to God!

Part 8: Ephesians 5:1-21 This section of Paul's letter to the saints in Ephesus, gives us three major points to remember for living as Christians. 1. Imitate God as His child 2. Those who live in sin will not inherit the Kingdom 3. Make the best use of your time

Part 7: Ephesians 4:17-32 Learning to live like Christ means putting off our old selves and putting on the new. We're a new creation - a child of God. In this section of his letter to the saints, Paul provides some important instructions for living as a follower of Christ.

Part 6: Ephesians 4:1-16 In the first half of Ephesians 4, we find several key takeaways for living as a believer of Christ. 1. Walk in a manner worthy of your calling 2. Understand the basis on which Christian unity is founded 3. Together, we function as the body of Christ, with Christ serving as the head

Part 5: Ephesians 3 In this uplifting chapter of his letter to the saints in Ephesus, Paul reveals an important mystery of Christ that was previously unknown to God's people. He also prays for strength and power for believers that we may ask for mighty things in the name of Jesus and that God may be glorified through us.

No matter where you are in life, you can serve as a witness for God. The girl in 2 Kings 5 that referred Naaman to Elisha is not even named in the story but her testimony lead to great things. Likewise, pray and seek God and be obedient to Him. By doing the simple things, we can still accomplish great things for Him.

Part 4: Ephesians 2:11-22 Christians, we're all on the same team and we need to act like it. We have the amazing ability to directly access God through prayer. Make this your first instinct and not the last place you turn.

Part 3: Ephesians 2:1-10 Three big truths central to our faith are found in this passage. Understanding these is crucial to living like a saint. 1. At one point in time, we were all dead in our sins and without hope. 2. While we were dead in our sins, God loved us and saved us. 3. We are saved by God's grace and we accept that salvation by our faith.

Part 2: Ephesians 1:11-23 There is a lot of heartbreak and chaos in the world today. But, remember that God placed Jesus above every rule, authority, power, dominion, and name. What a magnificent savior we have as the head of the church! Live like a saint today by expressing your living and active faith.

This message kicks off a new series covering the book of Ephesians. Part 1: Ephesians 1:1-10 Our lives must look different from those outside the church for we need to fulfill our identity as a saint. And if we fulfill our identity, there is a day coming when we will be united in Christ with all other saints at his return.

Mothers play a huge role in our lives. They have the amazing opportunity to influence the lives of their children by teaching what they believe and living by what they believe.

It's acceptable and normal in our society to feel overwhelmed. While it may be a myth that God doesn't give you more than you can handle, our weakness does provide an opportunity for God to demonstrate his mighty power in us.

He is risen...he is risen, indeed! God raising Jesus from the dead is the single greatest event that has ever taken place on earth! But, there are some days coming that will top even that special day. This is a message everyone needs to know about.

Jesus knew what was coming when the crowds were praising him. He could have run away from Jerusalem or even snuck into the city. Not our savior! He rode triumphantly into the city. Imagine how much bigger Christ's second coming will be and how much more exciting as long as you're prepared for it.

Conflict is not necessarily good or bad - that depends on how we handle it. When handled properly, conflict can even serve as an opportunity to grow closer together. Listen to learn the Biblical model for handling conflict and four tips for handling conflicts appropriately.

It's our job and responsibility to share it with them! The consequences of our action or inaction can be everlasting. So, listen to the inspiring examples in this message and think about how you can use your life to grow God's kingdom today!

We need to be sharing the gospel message with others, but starting that conversation is often the hardest part. Practice stepping out of your comfort zone and plan ways to add your faith into your everyday conversations.

The home is the most important location in spiritual warfare both for offense and defense. Here, we have two main objectives: growing closer to God and winning our family over.

We cannot go into the world and ill equipped. Preparing ourselves to remain on the winning side of God and Jesus needs to be our primary reason for coming to church.

There are 21 epistles or letters in the New Testament and it is helpful to know the author and the audience for context. The final book of the Bible is Revelation, an apocalyptical prophecy.
