Colossians 4:7-17 describes some everyday heroes of the faith.  We can all have super powers when God is involved - we only need to have a willingness to use what God has given us and let Him use us in extraordinary ways.

In  Daniel 1:1-16 , Daniel would not eat the royal food and he was healthier for it.  When he was older, he continued to pray to God even though it meant a death sentence in a den of lions ( Daniel 6:1-28 ).  Daniel was faithful to God and God rescued him for it.  No matter what is thrown our way, we should not compromise our standards but seek and please God!

Everyone has sin and evil desires ( Romans 3:23 , James 1:14 ), yet we are not identified by our sin, but as children of God.  1 John 3:1-10 shows that we are sanctified, set apart as children of God.  We're not sinless but we need to sin less in order to be righteous and free from our former identities.

Genesis 1:1 declares that God made the heavens and the earth.  The magnificence of creation is breathtaking.  We may be just a small, small part of this but the same God that created the universe desires a personal relationship with us!

God is not a name, but a title.  The God that created the universe has a personal name and wants to have a personal relationship with you as well!  Jesus focused on God as a personal God and taught others to do the same.

The first step in a relationship is getting to know the other person.  The same applies to God - we should be getting to know Him and learning more about His character.  In Exodus 34:5-7 , God lists the following eight attributes describing Himself: Compassionate Gracious Slow to Anger Abounding in Love Abounding in Faithfulness Maintaining Love Forgiving Wickedness, Rebellion and Si...

God is one!  This is such an important truth about God to understand and it's simple.  Deuteronomy 6:4 clearly demonstrates this.  There is no being who is equal with God; He is one of a kind.

Kyle compares Memorial Day to the Jewish Feast of Unleavened Bread, which celebrates the day God brought the Jews out of Egypt ( Exodus 12 ), and clearly shows how Jesus serves as our Passover Lamb.  Spend some time thanking God for this sacrifice this week!

Kyle introduces the seven different methods of evangelism while focusing on relationships.  Relational evangelism is often the greatest, most effective method and the style Jesus often used. ( Luke 5:27-32 )

In this present age, all good things must come to an end.  However, this does not apply to the coming age and God's kingdom!  In today's message, Kyle shows us a glimpse of this kingdom from Revelation 21 and 22:1-5 .

Kyle talks about how we need to be ready at all times, looking forward to Christ's return, and the events that will unfold when he does return.

Jesus tells us in Luke 4.42-43 that he was sent to preach the good news of the Kingdom of God. In today's message, Kyle looks through the book of Matthew to show that the Kingdom was Jesus' focus and should be ours too! (Matthew 3.1-2 , 4.17 , 10.5-7 , 16.21-22 )

Of all the great heroes in history, none have been able to conquer death except Jesus!  While celebrating the resurrection, Kyle points out that we can be resurrected just like Christ was.  He's coming back and we need to be ready! ( 1 Corinthians 15 v.12-26 )

Kyle recounts the story of Jesus' triumphal entry from Matthew 21 . The crowds were so excited to see him riding into Jerusalem. Today, we can have the same excitement for his return and the establishment of God's Kingdom!

Kyle focuses on how we can better know God through prayer. Living a life of prayer enables us to see God at work more clearly in our lives.

James 4:8 tells us that if we draw near to God, He will draw near to us. Kyle challenges the congregation to deliberately spend time in prayer and in the Bible to make this happen.

Kyle continues in the Relationship Status series talking about loving one another. He explains the different Greek words we translate to love and reveals the meaning behind the one Jesus uses in Mark 12:31.

Kyle begins a three part series titled Relationship Status, focusing on three of the most important relationships in your life. Today, he takes a Biblical approach on how we should view and love ourselves correctly.
