After three weeks of not delivering on a promise, the guys finally do the topic a generous patron suggested they do: Hype prices. How do they happen? Why do they happen? Will our listeners get the reference?

Atlas and Matt take some time to talk about the idea of resources in Vanguard: counterblasts, soulblasts, cards in general, etc. Are people really thinking about their games the right way?

All 3 paladins, the dino army, some ninjas, a robot wrestler, and some flower people walk into a pack of cards... It's set 10 time! The guys take a look at the set that will undoubtedly be mostly known for a certain crit trigger that made Shadow Paladin unbreakable.

We are!!! reviewing the new character booster! The guys welcome Alvin W. aka "Root Beer" back to the show as they take a look at the new pack that featured Great Nature, Oracle Think Tank, and Dimension Police. Which clan won the set? Find out!

Are you ready to rumblllleeeeeee?! It's Nova Grappler time! The guys cover the original clan that's all about restanding, and restanding, and restanding until the opponent is a quivering pile of 6 damage on the floor. Once again Gabe takes the wheel, which is always a good time as Atlas tries to keep him in check.

Card design can be tricky. Certain effects can have so much potential for a clan that one false move can send the metagame into a tailspin. The guys go through their list of cards that fall into this camp, while speculating what could become of Vanguard in the future. Gabe also gets a good shot in on Atlas, so that's fun.

It's ninja time! The guys talk about Murakumo, one of the two ninja clans in Vanguard. Matt's recent acquiring of the deck clashes with Gabe's usual skepticism of... everything really, while Atlas tries to keep it together. Can they keep a civil conversation? Probably not. But that's the fun!

The first character booster has hit the shelves! The guys tackle the new set featuring Gear Chronicle, Royal Paladin, and Neo Nectar. SPoiler alert: The gear chronicle stuff was lackluster. Count the insults!

This week, the guys take a look at the smooth criminals of cray- Megacolony, as they unpack the supposed inferiority complex between the indomitable insects themselves, and Link Joker.

Sometimes frustrated with how triggers work in the game of Vanguard, the guys decide to unpack the entire concept. Is it good for the game? What do they bring to the table as opposed to other TCG's out there?

Gabe takes over the helm! This week, the guys take a walk through the greenhouse of gas, Neo Nectar. This being Gabe's clan, the other two just let him go nuts. Will he run the conversation into the ground, or will it sprout into a bloom of beautiful discussion?

It's time for lightning to strike twice! The cardfighting chums talk about Narukami, the recent redheaded stepchild clan of Vanguard. Newcomer Jose has higher hopes for the clan's future, but Gabe wastes no time ripping into this undersupported clan's flaws.

This week, Atlas, Matt, and Gabe try and use Chronodragon Gear Groovy's effect on the other Vanguard clans. Whose idea was it? The guys can't remember, but they're pretty sure it was a good idea for Bushiroad to stop at Gear Groovy.

This week, Atlas, Matt, and Gabe talk about the damage zone dynamos, Angel Feather! It's a comedy of errors as the clan's fairly short history causes our trio to go off topic often, but it leads to some interesting discussion...
