In this message of the series, I've Got Good News , Dr. Tim Johnson looks at John 21:15-17. Jesus asks Peter three times if he loves Him. Every time Peter says he does Jesus tells him to feed his sheep. Peter was where he was as God was not finished with him. We need to set our focus not on what we cannot do, but on who God is and what He wans to do in and through us. 

Continuing the series, I've Got Good News , Dr. Tim Johnson looks at John 21:1-14. Jesus appears to the disciples while they are fishing and prepares them breakfast. Jesus wasn't there to interrogate Peter, but to reengage with him.

In the introduction to the series " I've Got Good News ", Dr. Tim Johnson focuses on several passages which point to Jesus being our anchor and why it is important to know Him to the fullest. Jesus is before origin and beyond destiny. 

In this standalone message, Dr. Tim Johnson looks at the purpose of baptism; Acts 8:26-38. Jesus was  baptized and commanded it (Matthew 28:19). It is a symbol of repentance and death but also a symbol of new life and washing. God has work for us to do and baptism is a symbol of this commissioning.

In this standalone message, Dr. Tim Johnson looks at the blessing of God (Numbers 6:24-27 and Zephaniah 3:17).  His blessing is the solution to our biggest problems, the answer to our boldest prayers ad the fulfillment of our bravest dreams. 

Dr. Tim Johnson concludes the series, Bridge the Gap , by looking at the story of Esther.  We have been placed where we are in order to be a witness for God. It is not about what we can or cannot do but what God can do and wants to do through people who are available.

It is not what we do that determines whether our work is sacred or secular; but it is why we do it.  It is also why we are asked by Jesus to represent Him; to bring the good news to everyone. 

Continuing the series, Bridge the Gap, Dr. Tim Johnson looks at Matthew 22:36-40. Jesus, when asked, states that the two most important commandments are to 'Love God' and 'Love your neighbor as yourself' . One cannot obey the first without the second happening. We were made to be active, purposeful participants in God's eternal story. 

Beginning a new series, Bridge the Gap , Dr. Tim Johnson looks at Matthew 11:28-30 and the heart of Jesus. The heart is the central animating center of all we do. The posture most natural to Jesus is open arms and like Him we are to be humble and gentle. This  is so that we can make the invisible presence of Jesus visible to the lives of others. 

In the Easter message of 2021, Dr. Tim Johnson looks at Matthew 28:1-10. Jesus is the bridge to the promise that God will never leave His redemptive work left undone. Choosing to follow Him means crossing the bridge of Jesus. 

Concluding the series, Follow Him , Pastor Dr. Tim Johson looks at Matthew 9:36-38 and Matthew 22:36-40. Jesus had compassion on those He met while traveling; He was heartbroken. Likewise, we are to be heartbroken for those around us who do not know the Good News. 

Continuing the series, Follow Him , Pastor of Adult Ministries Brent Watson looks at Matthew 28:16. Jesus calls His followers to go and make disciples. His command was not for those who are spiritually gifted but all of us. It includes an invitation to follow Jesus and is part of who we are called to be as Christ followers.

Dr. Tim Johnson continues the series, Follow Him, looking at Matthew 20:25-28. Jesus tells us that in order to be a leader we are to be a servant and if we want to be first we must become our slave. Serving isn't something we do it is who we are called to be. When we serve, we are most like Jesus. He did not come to be served, but to serve others and to give his life for many.
