(1 Jn 2:11-13)

(Prov 4:20-23) Keep the Word of God close to your heart. Unity in purpose despite different roles in the ministry (1 Cor 3:8-9). We work together with God (Ps 133:1). Parable of the sower (Mt 13:18-23).

Loving vs. hating your brother; abiding in light vs. walking in darkness (1 Jn 2:9-11; Gal 6:10).

(Ps 98:1-9) Rejoicing in God’s salvation. Spiritual maturity: can you handle milk or solid food (1 Cor 3:2-3)? Over time, you should be able to handle deeper doctrines.

(Heb 9:27) Every person has an eternity, either with God or without Him. Living with an eternal perspective (Col 3:1-2). Jesus is the center of God’s redemptive plan (Rom 3:23; Jn 3:16).
