Ezekiel is carried in a vision back to Jerusalem. What he sees shocks him. Inside the very Temple of God—behind closed doors and hidden walls—the leaders of Israel are worshiping idols. Elders burn incense to carved images. Women mourn a foreign god. Men bow toward the rising sun. God shows Ezekiel that the people believe their secret sins are unseen.

Ezekiel delivers a warning in a very unusual way. Through strange signs in the street — building a tiny city under siege, rationing food, and shaving his head — he shows what will soon happen to Jerusalem. The message is clear: the city’s walls and alliances cannot save it if the people refuse to trust the Lord.

After witnessing God’s throne in the storm, Ezekiel receives a strange command — eat the scroll and speak God’s message to Israel. But the people will not want to hear it. God appoints Ezekiel as a watchman, responsible to warn the nation even if they refuse to listen. Based on Ezekiel 2-3
