Narushow: A Podcast About Naruto

This week is all about our boy Cheeto! Dude puts in some dang work fighting that Trihawk dude whose name literally does not matter because we'll never be seeing that goober again. Get outta here, Trihawk. It's NARUSHOW!

Sasuke spends most of this these two episodes locked in a trash can, which is probably for the best. He barely even talks! It's great. Also, Choji finally gets his big moment, Shikamaru hatches some plans, and Naruto and Kiba are generally big idiots. It's NARUSHOW!

We have just one question this week: Why couldn't they just let Sasuke leave? Why did anyone have to go get him? Like, he's fine where he is, and the show is way better without that sad little dweeb rolling around. It's fine. He can be gone. But hey, at least we get our favorite team of boys together for a brand new adventure! It's NARUSHOW!

Let your inner English major shine in this one, folks! There sure is a lot of symbolism happening in Naruto episodes 107 and 108, and we're here to catch every last drop of those good good metaphors. Also, the new opening and ending themes are absolute garbage. It's NARUSHOW!

Episodes discussed: 98 and 99 This week, Taylor has even less of an idea of what the hell's going on thanks to some rogue Spanish subtitles. Tim takes this and runs with his rudimentary Spanish understanding, while Emily just wants to talk about our good boy Rock Lee. Oh, and Tsunade does some stuff and studies, much to the shock of everyone around her. It's NARUSHOW!

Finally, we get to see Tsunade do some SWEET STUFF. That woman seriously messes some folks up this week, and Orochimaru gets the full brunt of it. We're pro-Tsunade now. Tsunade is the best. And then there's a big animal fight. Jiraiya does a cool flamethrower move too. That's alright.

No, the title this week does not refer to Tim and Taylor, it's just an extremely good insult from Tsunade. Em breaks down a WHOLE BUNCH of fighting, while the boys begin to love the Pervy Sage. Oh, and Taylor is amazed by Google Docs. It's NARUSHOW!

Tsunade has really had a tough time of it, huh? Tim, Emily, and Taylor do their absolute best to turn this bummer city of a pair of episodes into something...uplifting? Or at least not utterly depressing. You know, that thing we do. With the podcast. And the laughs? Hopefully? It's NARUSHOW!

Wow. It's a new episode. Naruto almost gambles, Orochimaru bites himself, Jiryaiya knows something is wrong, Tsunade is tempted, and Tonton is chillin'. Overall, wow. It sure is Naruto. Wow. It's NARUSHOW!

Taylor is very sorry for what he did to Emily this episode. Tim was fine with it. Naruto trains with some balloons and some balls, Jiraiya does some "stuff", and Orochimaru is back, we guess. We mostly just make euphemisms. It's NARUSHOW!

You know, normally I write something snippy here while simultaneously giving our beloved listeners an idea as to what they're in for in the episode they're downloading. But this time around? It's all about Guy's good butt. It's a good butt, Guy. We're glad the television program Naruto gave us time with your good butt. Congratulations on the good butt, Guy. It's NARUSHOW!

Hey guys, Taylor here. I was very sleepy when I was the podkage of this episode, and as a result made several very sleepy mistakes. Don't worry though, Tim and Emily were there to bail me out while we talked about Jiraiya being a perv, Naruto being annoying, and the shark guy and Itachi doing stuff. Plus, we even maybe kinda sorta...like Sasuke this episode? Shocking, I know! It's NARUSHOW!

Wow, Naruto really doesn't let you breath, does it? A mere episode after the conclusion of all that Orochimaru business, Tim, Taylor, and Emily are forced right back into the action as Sasuke's brother and some shark dude show up in the Leaf Village, ready to start causing havoc. Can Kakashi take on Itachi? SPOILER ALERT: Absolutely not. It's NARUSHOW!

Listen here, you old dotards. It's FINALLY the end of the Orochimaru saga, y'all. Well, sort of. You'll figure it out. Also, Tim gives a rousing speech, Emily chases a cat, and Taylor enjoys some dad time. It's NARUSHOW!

Boy, that Naruto sure has gotten himself into a pickle. He's pissed off Gaara to the point of turning him into a full-blown monster and all he's got is...some toads on his side. Oh, and Taylor shocks Em and Tim by bringing in some outside research - that he did all on his own! It's NARUSHOW!

Can the boys ever feel sorry for the distasteful, detestable, and hateful Gaara? Emily sure thinks so, but Taylor and Tim are holding strong to their beliefs. Also, Taylor ruins Emily's joke about the World Cup, Log makes multiple experiences, and Tim enjoys hugs more than his cohorts. It's NARUSHOW!

As it tends to do, E3 messed up all of our schedules this week, and we weren't able to get that good good Narushow...goodness to you all. Taylor and Tim did, however, have about 10 minutes free from their oh-so-busy workdays to sit down and talk a tiny bit about some big news coming out of videogames' biggest event of the year. It's NARUSHOW! Kind of!

Despite what the title of the 71st episode of Naruto may claim, it's a Hokage 2-on-1! Battle royales are...something different. Also, Pakkun smells things, Sasuke still sucks, and Orochimaru reveals his true, extremely creepy nature. But what else would we expect from the guy that swallowed that giant scroll that one time? It's NARUSHOW!

The Sand and Sound villages have attacked! But worry not, our hero is here to save us. The only one that could possibly stop the dastardly Orochimaru and his army of ninja is...PAKKUN THE DOG!! He's got very good beans, and Tim, Emily, and Taylor talk about them for an extended period of time. It's NARUSHOW!

God, Sasuke is just the worst, isn't he? His outfit is terrible, his haircut is the worst, and he spends this entire episode just totally biting off Rock Lee's oh-so-lovable style. Oh, and Gaara is there too. It's NARUSHOW!

Tim is the podkage this week! Listen as he experiences what it's like to have to recall every last moment, character, and action sequence during the fight between Shikamaru and Temari. All the while, Taylor sits back smugly and Emily just...does what Emily normally does, which is try to keep her two idiot co-hosts on track. She fails and Taylor talks about a bad vegan restaurant for a while. It's...

God, Neji is just the worst, isn't he? This week it's all about the fight between Naruto and that little white-eyed jerk. Taylor has some realizations about Neji's political beliefs, Tim worries about the sanctity of the Chunin exams, and Emily still swears Gaara is okay. It's NARUSHOW!
