My Madness METHod with Jason Fareas

As Jason talks about progress in life he finds space to reflect on the reality of some situations he had never previosuly considered.

Some people have put in the work to celebrate wins and accomplishments. Sometimes it’s ourselves and sometimes, it’s someone else - and they may in fact be more deserving .

Life has yet again somehow managed to get entangled between the past and present and these thorns sting.

Jason reflects on instances that should have been perceived as life affirming and emotionally fulfilling however old habits tend to die hard.

Why does it always feel like only the beginning of the end when it’s already gone too far?

When life, life’s on life’s terms - sometimes it helps to listen to what’s not being said more closely than that which is spoken.

Jason takes a moment to appreciate what is and how it culminated from what was in all its darkness and glory.

Jason has some perspective on love, hate, and relationships. Like he says, this is his "Madness Method."

A side of Jason he had hoped was addressed has stepped back in to "help", though that is the furthest from the truth of the matter.

Jason begins to settle in to life and appreciate the life he’s experiencing. Finally able to move around like everything might be fine. And in many ways, it is. But deep down, inside his shoe, his sock is sliding off.

Jason is reflecting on how the subconscious links we inadvertently make can lead us to places we never expected.

Jason, despite all his best intentions and efforts, finds himself back in a rotation - a rotation he never thought he would have to once again break away. All-the-while, learning some valuable life lessons.

Jason dives into who he was and who he became as a father of (now) two boys while struggling with true-to-life hurdles faced as a parent in current-state society.

As life piles on seemingly unnoticed, Jason faces life head-on and is presented with a loving gesture.

Jason slips back a bit in the timeline to open up about occurrences leading up to another life changing event.

Life lessons continually overlooked and ignored place Jason in a headspace that could prove detrimental to everything he’s trying to accomplish

Jason starts making exciting strides in life until life teaches him a lesson about trust leading him to find a new “Go To” in order to try and drown his sorrows.

Current events inspire, and almost insist, that Jason step away from the timeline to address things that need to be said and addressed because it will take more than him alone to create change.
