Things are going fine at work or in a relationship or our fitness regime. And then we do something that makes it all come undone. Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

When instead of dealing with a problem, we just distract ourselves, then the core issue doesn't get sorted, it just stays and festers. And blows up one day. Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

If we make everything about ourselves, that's ego.. Detrimental to our interests and our growth Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

There is great magic in Surrendering. Not only does it free us to do more and live the day fully, it allows the Universe to work unhindered. Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

Do we really love doing, what we think are our favourite things? Then why are we spending so little time, doing them? Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

If we are open and willing to learn from other's mistakes we can save ourselves a world of pain. Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

Each of us is a snowflake, utterly unique. How can we compare someone else's achievements to ours and feel like we are not good enough? Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

Every single day, every new moment is a chance for us to wipe the slate clean, to let go of the past, to adopt a better way of living Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

Let's ask ourselves, first thing in the morning - what are we going to do and how, so that the day becomes memorable? Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

We need to make sure that our goals include those that can come to fruition in the short term. Else we are just putting in efforts endlessly with nothing to show for them. And that is demotivating. Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com

It's not always possible to know what we're doing right or wrong. But once we do, let's set it right immediately Music:  https://www.purple-planet.com
