I love the promise of Zephaniah 3:17 and what God says He will do. Trust Him today. Let's talk about on today's Morning Manna.

John 3:30 says; "He must increase and I must decrease." That's a challenge isn't it? Let that be you focus today. Let others see Jesus in you!

Jesus said that the proof of our being His disciples, is that we love one another. They say that the proof is in the pudding. Well others see that in you and I today? Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

Someone asked Jesus what the greatest commandment is. His answer was so profound... "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ Let's talk about it on today's Morning Manna.

One of the most important parts of our relationship with God, is our honesty and transparency about our sin. God makes this promise to us in 1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Let's come clean today and everyday.

I love 1 Corinthians 2:9 - "But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him." Can you imagine what God has for you today? Can you live in this incredible promise?

"From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth." Our help comes from the Lord! Lift up your eyes off the screen today and turn your eyes upon Jesus.

Ephesians 5:8 says; For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light. We've experienced some dark days in our lives and in our world. Our mission today is to be the light that both reveals God's love and mercy and exposes the darkness of our world.

I love the Lord's prayer in Matthew chapter 6. In today's episode I share from verse 10 - Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Let's talk about this on today's Morning Manna.

What's coming... Jesus is coming again! Until He comes we have a mission... to share the gospel to others and live like Jesus. Sure we don't know what's coming in between, but we must stay focused on our mission.

I know you've heard of vitamin D3... but what about B3? In today's episode I share from Ephesians 4:32 and our challenge to Be Kind, Be Tenderhearted and Be Forgiving. That's the B3!

Words are powerful... they can build up and they can destroy. In today's episode I share a verse that I pray out loud to the Lord when I first wake up. Be careful today with your words. Maybe you need to "Stifle yourself."

I love the chorus of the old Imperials song called Praise the Lord - "Praise the Lord He can work through those who praise Him. Praise the Lord for our God inhabits praise. Praise the Lord for the chains that seem to bind you, serve only to remind you that they drop powerless behind you when you praise Him." Yes there is power in praise. Let's praise Him today in spite of any and all challenges!

Today... we are overcomers in Jesus! 1 John 5:4-5 - For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world our faith. Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God? Live in that truth today!

A benediction is a blessing of encouragement at the end of a worship service. In today's episode I share some power passages of scripture that are used for that, including the last verses of some of the books of the Bible. Have a blessed weekend and... choose joy!

I love the worship song written from Psalm 42:1 - As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God. Are you thirsty today? Spend some time drinking from His fountain that never shall run dry.

Our God is longsuffering... "not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance." I know some have really struggled with the crazy days we're living in and long for Jesus' return. May God help us to be longsuffering as He is in the midst of all this.
