Far too often, we see one person sacrificing and giving their all to be what everyone needs. What happens when that person needs someone to be that for them? Are you the one that cares for the one that cares for everyone? 

As humans, we are all made differently right? We have our own ways of thinking, doing and acting. So of course, more often than not, our actions wont be viewed the same across the board. There is a big difference between helping and doing. Learning the difference and allowing others to do what was assigned to them requires growth and awareness. In this episode, we dive in to how helping looks versus doing.

Sometimes what we are focused on, can be reason why we can’t get to where God needs us to be. Focus may need some focus 😌😌😌😌 Nah, but for real; often times what we are focused on can deter us if it’s not rooted in God. My question to myself and to you, what are you focused on this year?

In moments of frustration, anger, and feelings of disrespect; we don't always want to talk the high road. It's hard as a man to be the bigger person in those instances. Yet, we have to figure out what's more important, are we reacting out of emotion or logic. 

So many times we want to play the role of God and don't know how. We want to tell God what to do, when to do, how to do, and we don't even know the best thing for us. Get out of God's business and mind yours.

A no can be very damaging to our mental clarity and focus. If we learned to see the no differently then we can value the YES that much more. All it takes is 1 yes to change your life. All it takes is 1 yes. 

With all of our shortcomings and limitations, how we view ourselves can also be a determinant to how we view God too. Don't limit God because you limit yourself.

I am sure you have heard it quoted, obedience is better than sacrifice. Although it is true, no on really talks about how hard it is to be obedient. In this episode I detail my struggles with being obedient.  

Every warning that we receive doesn't mean that it is destruction headed your way. Although it can, that is not always the case. Sometimes that is foreshadowing what could happen if you do not change your course of direction.

How actions were swept under the rug to protect the “family name” and image. Well what about the protection of the person that it happened to? Does that not matter?
