156 The Levites Have Not Been Cast Off (Malachi Pt. 6) 19.12.2010

While many in Christendom today believe there is no further work for the Levite priesthood, the prophet Malachi (speaking by the Holy Spirit) speaks of a day when the Levites will be purified and offer sacrifices that please Yahweh.

155 Be a Faithful Husband to Your Wife (Malachi Pt. 5) 12.12.2010

The Levites were not only taking foreign women, but were in the process forsaking the Israelite wives of their youth. This sermon covers some technicalities in Malachi 2:15-16; verses which are often even debated amongst scholars of the Old Testament.

154 Never Marry Outside the Scriptural Faith (Malachi Pt. 4) 05.12.2010

A priest should me a man who sets an example for others to follow, however such was just not the case in Malachi's day. The priests had gone so far away from the Torah of Yahweh that they had taken foreign women for their wives.

153 Levi Breaks the Covenant (Malachi Pt. 3) 28.11.2010

Many people have the mindset that all the Levites did during the Old Covenant was offer animal sacrifices; such is not the case at all. They were also in charge of teaching the other tribes in Israel about the Torah.

Imagine showing up at the governors house with rotten food... to give to the governor himself! The priests at the time of the prophet Malachi were doing something worse than this. We must bring Yahweh our best in any form of worship we give to Him.

151 I Loved Jacob, but Hated Esau (Malachi Pt. 1) 14.11.2010

Malachi is the final prophetic book of the Old Testament Scriptures. In this book Yahweh gives many words of rebuke to Jacob/Israel, but he does let them know that He loves them to begin with. The way He shows them is by reminding them of how He hates Esau.

150 Understanding Theology, Orthodoxy, and Orthopraxy (1 Timothy 3:15b) 07.11.2010

Sermon Update 2.16.26 :: There are a few, essential matters of orthodoxy, but there are many more essential matters of orthopraxy. It is important to know the difference, being rigid in some areas but showing grace in others. Listen to learn about THE TRUTH the congregation of Yahweh is to be holding up.

149 Proper Behavior in Yahweh’s Household (1 Timothy 3:14-15a) 05.11.2010

Sermon Update 2.9.26 :: We come to what is sort of a breaking point in Paul’s letter here, a summation of what he has mostly been discussing in the first three chapters. There is a way Yahweh’s people are to conduct themselves.

148 Don't Worry, Seek the Kingdom (Matthew 6:25-34) 17.10.2010

Sermon Update 10.6.2021. It is perfectly fine to be diligent, work, and plan, but it is not okay to live in fear and be anxious over what an enemy or the enemy is doing. Yahweh is in control. He will take care of us. Focusing on Him keeps us in perfect peace. Everything is gonna' be alright.

146 Responding to Seven Comments on 1 Timothy 3:1-7 08.10.2010

Sermon Update 1.18.26 :: I received a lot of feedback on my teachings about Overseers and actual Assemblies. I thought I would take the time and respond to some of them it in a sermon. I love everyone, and hope for the best for you all.

144 How to Start an Assembly from Scratch (1 Timothy 3:1) 30.09.2010

Sermon Update 1.11.26 :: When I taught on the Torah Community needing Overseers with actual Assemblies I had four brothers reach out to me, desiring/aspiring the office of the Overseer. This message is a call to these brothers, and anyone else desiring said office. It’s a long, tough road, but the reward is priceless.

143 Before You Trust a Man’s Message Examine His Life (1 Timothy 3:2-7) 23.09.2010

Sermon Update 1.4.26 :: The Torah Community indeed needs Overseers with actual assemblies, but there is a set of criteria for the Overseer. The Apostle did just take up space when he wrote this section of the letter. Such men may be few in number but they exist, and it’s them we need leading our congregations.

142 The Torah Community Needs Overseers with Actual Assemblies (1 Timothy 3:1) 16.09.2010

Sermon Update 12.28.25 :: The office of an Overseer stems from Moses in the book of Exodus all the way to Apostles Peter and Paul in the Newer Testament. If a man feels called to teach Scripture, and that calling is confirmed by existing elders in the Faith, the man needs to do the hard work of planting a church community in his locality, and be faithful to the work of the ministry.

141 A Wife Should Quietly Submit to Her Husband (1 Timothy 2:11-15) 09.09.2010

Sermon Update 12.19.25 :: This is one of the top verses in the Bible that makes people upset. There is certainly more than one interpretation of this text among scholars, but I do my best to stay within the immediate context and exegete properly. I pray that Christian wives across the world would take heed to Paul’s instruction here, instruction that he derived from the Torah.

Sermon Updated 11.12.25 :: While Paul condemns sin and sinners (vss. 7-11) he also recognizes that even the worst of sinners may repent and be forgiven. When we doubt that we have been forgiven, we should think of Paul’s words here about Yeshua’s great patience.
