We forget the exhortation that Yahweh disciplines His children whom He loves. We must accept it, receive it, and realize that what's best for us is what Yahweh decides we need. If we feel like giving up, we should look to Yeshua who has suffered ahead of us.

It seems that in our modern times people are interested in popularity and popularity contests. What does James have to say about showing partiality?

Yahweh answers the Israelite grumblings with bread from heaven; angels food. He teaches them to rely on His direct supernatural power. This isn't the only bread of heaven mentioned in Scripture though.

James 1:18 says that Yahweh, by His own choice, gave us a new birth. Do we believe this verse?

Continuing in the One Name Tradition series, I cover Philippians 2 in more detail along with beginning to cover some intricacies in Matthew 28:19, and the debate between Oneness Pentecostals and Classic Trinitarians. This one promises to get you thinking.

We are all blind leaders and blind followers. Left to ourselves we would all end up in the pit. We must solely rely on the only teacher who is not blind to teach us. Only then will we constantly see the sinner that we are, and be encouraged by His love to slowly become more like our teacher.

This lesson finishes covering Jeremiah 23 and then delves into other passages (Acts 7 and Philippians 2). What does Paul mean when he says that the Son was given the name which is above every name? When was the Son given this name above every name?

Trials are... trials. They are tough, and unpleasant when we go through them. But they are given to us by Yahweh to make us into who He would have us to be. We should pray for wisdom to know how to go through them, not escape them. If Yahweh has blessed you with faith, that faith will get you through every trial, no matter how hard it may seem.
