Taking some time in between NFL games to chat with the captains of the Minneapolis Boys Swim and Dive captains. Hear what makes their squad so special, what their rival meet is, and how coach Chris Aarseth helps them keep loving the sport.

MSV catches up with Monticello/Edina Swim Club's Adalynn Biegler. Fresh off a couple freshly minted state records, hear on what she focused on to find that success, advice for younger swimmers and what she has coming up this winter.

Let's catch up with one of the members of the Orono Girls Swim and Dive program, coming off their program's first state championship. We get some insight on what makes that program go, Graycin's future plans, and advice for those younger swimmers out there. We may touch on her hidden diving talents as well :)

Gus (aka Ervin the III) Rudenick joins the Vibecast to share his journey in the sport with Minneapolis Southwest and Minnesota Flyers. Gus brings great energy and passion to the sport and is a hell of a story teller. He's all swimmer folks.
