These early NeoGeo games all have three recurring themes to them: they tend to be an established genre, they have cool ideas, and they don't really deliver. Riding Hero has a full blown RPG mode, but the Hang On style racing doesn't work very well between the size of the vehicles and the aggressive nature of your opponents.
