The offseason gets underway with a whole lot of player and club options. Now we get to the fun stuff with the first wave of free agency starting, who will be the first big name off the market  

The Dodgers have done it, they are the 2024 World Series Champions. They took down the Padres in 5 games, they took down the Mets in 6 and they finish off the year on top beating the Yankees in 5 games in the world series. On to the offseason now 

Dodgers at home get the results they need, taking the first 2 games of the world series, heading now to New York, do the Yankees have anything left to give or will the Dodgers run away with it. 

The World Series is here. Yankees vs Dodgers, Judge vs Ohtani, Soto vs Betts, Stanton vs Freeman. Both teams know what's at stake. Both teams know how much they want to win. We started with 30 teams, we are down to 2 but there can only be 1 winner

Well that wraps up the ALCS and NLCS. And left at the top are the 1 seeds in baseball this season. The New York Yankees, and The Los Angeles Dodgers beat the Guardians and Mets and will now battle it out in the 2024 World Series.

Dodgers are rolling right now, after losing Game 2, outscore the Mets 18-2 on the road for Games 3 and 4 and now just need 1 win to get to the World Series, meanwhile the Yankees had control over the Guardians, but a huge game 3 changes things as the magic of that win, could spark the Guardians to life as they try and comeback in the series. 

Dodgers in to the NLCS, Guardians in to the ALCS, with the Division Series in the rearview, all eyes shift to the ALCS and NLCS matchups. Guardians vs Yankees, and Mets vs Dodgers, which two teams will meet for the 2024 World Series, only time will tell 

As the division series start wrapping up, we've got 2 exciting game 5s waiting to happen, while two teams wait for their Championship series opponents, postseason is in full swing and we are starting to see which teams have what it takes to win it all.  

The AL and NLDS is in full swing, and let me tell you, these games are great, I don't know who hates who more, the Dodgers and Padres or the Mets and Phillies, both have been great series thus far and with Game 2 today for the ALDS the other two series will be no short of great baseball. 

POSTSEASON BASEBALL BABY. We start with 9 great games for the Wildcard series. We review those games talking about the winners and losers and will look ahead now to the ALDS/NLDS series before us. Can the magic continue for some of those teams, or will the powerful 1 and 2 seeded division winning teams break the spell. 

Welp, it's done. The 2024 regular season has come to a close which can only mean one thing. The 2024 Postseason is here. We do a short review of the weekend, talk about the last two regular season games and why they matter for 3 teams and preview the 4 Wildcard series. 

Another week in the book, and with one series left to play, still so much is up in the air. The divisions are all settled, but we've got 6 teams fighting for 4 wildcard spots. Braves and Mets get moved and what does that mean for other teams. Here we are, the final week of the regular season. Still so much to play for in these final 6 games, 7 spots in the postseason up for grabs, and still no seeds are 100% certain. A big week for some teams as teams like the Padres, Mariners and Braves hunt their rivals and teams standing in their way like the Dodgers, Astros and Mets. We are in for a great week

Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow, what an episode we have here today. Headlined with Shohei Ohtani making history once again, becoming the first player in MLB history to go 50/50, and we finally have some teams clinching spots in the postseason. From the Brewers who also claimed the NL Central, to teams like the Yankees, Guardians and Dodgers all getting a spot. And if you think it ends there, the Tigers a...

Tigers and Mariners are hunting the Twins down for the final wildcard seed, not to mention Boston could still be in the mix. With 4 series to go, just 12 games, anything can happen and any team or player could get hot at the right moment

Oh boy, what a treat, Jacob DeGrom, after 504 days is making a start. I am so happy to be saying those words, on the other side, James Paxton has eyes on his retirement and Castellanos causes a bench clearing after getting thrown at. All this and more today.

AL Central is having some fun here down the stretch, Guardians Royals and Twins all want it, all should make the postseason but for some fun lets throw the Tigers in the mix cause they aren't truly out of this thing just yet. On the other side the Mets and Braves are still tied for the last wildcard seed and I'm hoping it stays that way until they face each other in a few weeks. 

Oh boy, we've got ourselves a long one today. August players of the month, Matt Chapman gets extended, Cubs throw a combined no-hitter, White Sox end another 10+ game losing streak... Am I missing anything? Mets and Braves tied for the final wild card spot, ya we got a full episode today

Cubs have been on a tear to end the month, winning 9 of 10 with 99 runs scored. Meanwhile all of the ground the Royals made up for the AL Central have been halted and reversed after a tough series in Houston. Dodgers and D-Backs played a great series that has one more today to decided a potential crucial piece for the NL West division

Wow, what a series for the Royals. So close to standing alone for 1st in the AL Central, but will have to do a little more before that. Meanwhile Dodgers become the first team to win 80 games this season and will look to be the first team to clinch a postseason spot next as we enter the final month of the season. 

We got a full episode here, with lots of historic moments and history as Jansen will be the first player ever to play for both teams in 1 game and catch his at bat that he started. Jackson Merrill is right now the games most clutch hitter plus much more. 

One of the games greatest in Joey Votto announced his retirement from the game of baseball this week, and the Seattle Mariners fired their manager Scott Servais hoping a new voice will spark some life in that offense that has blown the division lead  and put them in a 5 game hole. 

Weird and short episode for today as I am in Oakland. Sorry about the sound and quality of it but still wanted to pump it out. Bigger episode Friday but for today, we say good bye to not only the Bay Bridge Series, but also the Chicago White Sox.

We've got ourselves quite the episode here, starting of course with the NL West Division that has heat up over the past couple of weeks, the battle is on there. Meanwhile Brewers lose Yelich for the rest of the season, and the White Sox are on the verge of already officially missing the postseason. 

A big weekend for some teams here, Mariners with a huge sweep of the Mets to stay tied with the Astros who swept the Red Sox, the Guardians hold off the Twins to remain 3.5 games ahead, and the Dodgers got a huge sweep over the struggling pirates to help fend off the Padres and D-Backs for now. The top 5 teams are all within a game as we continue the playoff push.
