It is challenging to navigate mental and emotional issues, but you can persevere through Christ. Episodes are between 25-30 minutes and will be posted between 2-4 times per month. The format includes educational sessions, interviews with individuals with a variety of backgrounds, and Bible studies related to wellness and recovery. Caroline S.
