This machine and the rest of its tiny family always make me think of a pokemon. Pyukumuku is its name. It's a neon-colored sea cucumber. It doesn't really do anything that sea cucumbers don't- its only special feature is barfing out its innards, which yeah, sea cucumbers do that.
