A quick reminder to take time out and recharge your batteries over the festive season. There is a lot of pressure, stress and probably a lot of noise to go with it. So look after yourselves, I have my book, headphones etc at the ready.....I know I will need them. x

I really hope this episode comes over ok. How closely should we listen to all the Tick Tock/Youtube/Instagram etc videos on everything to do with ADHD and the medication for it? For me, education is the key and keep researching and asking questions about 'everything' that you hear and see regarding ADHD. Oh and this is episode 19!!! One day I will remember! Much love x
