What is the Long Sabbath and how does it connect to Passover and us. We look at the association with the priesthood and the book of Hebrews and discover how we are in Shabbat HaGadol now.

This week we look at how these passages help us to understand why there is such devastation and how this relates to the Year of Jubilee

This week we begin to look at the message of Joel and the warning of the coming devastation of the locusts. We look at how these can portray times in our own lives and what the remedy can be. We also consider the positive nature of the locust swarm - yes there is a positive!!!

As we start our study of the prophet Joel, we take time to overview how Joel fits into the books of the 12 prophets. We talk about the purpose of the prophecy and how it moves beyond the expectation of Israel and the Church from the time of Noah.

In our final study we see how the prophecy of Hoshea is not just a call for return to GOD to Israel, we see how there are representations of the nations that reveal the future events are also a call to all of humankind through the events of the latter days.

This week we continue through the final chapters of Hoshea. We consider how Israel's origin story instructs them on how far they have moved away from their true purpose and the resulting diminishment. We also consider the faithfulness of G-D in His fulfillment of purpose despite our failings.

This week we discuss chapter 13 of Hoshea. We discess how we diminish ourselves and our purpose when we follow the non-gods. We also look carefully at the hidden message of what it is to prevail over adversity, what happens when we choose not to and see how these verses explain the response that Messiah gives to Nathaniel when He meets him

This week's discussion centres around the ultimate redemption of Israel and the difficulties that they have faced throughout history which will ultimately result in their redemption and restoration. We speak about how that effects the presently landscape of geopolitics and particularly the current state of the United States.

This week's discussion is based around Hoshea 10. We discuss the principles of prophecy and how they are applied to understanding the word of Hashem and it applies to the times we are in today.

This week we cover chapters 8 & 9 of Hoshea. We look at the imminency of the exile that is about to take place and how the circumstances of it can be applied to someof the things that we see happening today.

This week look at chapter 7 and discuss the symbolic language that is used by G-D to Hoshea and how this is connected to the imprisonment of Joseph and the dreams he interprets. We also consider how some of the verses describe events we see today and the impact that they have upon leaders and the people.

This week we conclude Hoshea 6. We look at the error of Levi and Simeon in Genesis 34 and how the priestly role can be twisted to become self-serving in today's context..

This week we look at the opening verses of Hoshea 6 and discuss the significance of the reference to the third day in light of sacrifices, resurrection and the impact of corrupt systems upon our lives and the Nation of Israel

This week we discuss Hoshea 5 and the three groups identified at the beginning of the passage. We discuss how for each one the same basic tenet is restated. Return to the commandments of God

This week we see the beginning of th accusation that Hashem brings against the Nation of Israel and the root of its beginning. We discuss how this informs us in our current world situation and also what the remedy is in light of the scripture in Proverbs/Mishlei and the Apostolic writings

This week we look at Hoshea 3. We examine the eternal promise of the restoration of Israel and the return to the Torah as the prime authority.

This week we look at Hoshea 2. We examine some of the connections with the letters to the assemblies in Revelation 3 and how the covenant that GOD establishes with restored Israel in unbreakable despite their disobedience.

This week we look at the chapter 1 of Hoshea. We examine the names of Hoshea's wife and children. We discuss the admonition toward the Nation of Israel and the shift from the national identity to the individual identity.

This week we look at the festival of Rosh Hashanah and how it appears in the Apostolic Writings. We discuss the priesthood of Melchizedek compared to the Levitical priesthood and how these important principles restore us and fulfill the restoration begun by Messiah.

Standing and Being require us to understand for what we stand for and who we are to be. In Moses final words we see how being part of the covenant helps us to navigate life.
