Major league baseball has be proposing new changes to the game left and right lately. With a new CBA negotiation underway and predictably relentless push for a Salary Cap imminent, the downtrodden billionaires decided it was the perfect opportunity to overhaul the amateur draft as well. There was a lot in the proposal, so I'll dive deep on every point and give you my two cents.
