France are the 6 Nations champs for 2025 and it is well deserved!! Ireland look poor again so me and the lads dig deep into why that is and what the next year looks like.

Myself and the boys have a proper convo about Ireland and a lot of hot takes being thrown around. We also look ahead to a big final weekend with 3 teams still potentially in the hunt.

We start this week with some Irish news with Central Contracts and retirement news. We then dive into round 12 of the URC.

Ireland survive a scare against a much better Welsh team. Scotland once again leave their fans frustrated, and our poor Italians boys get a spanking. We also discuss the news that JJ Hanrahan is set to leave Connacht to re-join Munster.

Connacht get a much needed win over Cardiff at the weekend to keep their URC season alive. We also chat about John Porch departing Connacht along with some rumours of another season of players leaving. We also dig into the two Irish squads announced.

Nobody beats Scotland 11 times in a row.........apart from Ireland. We recap what was a dominating performance from Ireland but with room to improve. We also compliment Italys big win and break down the le crunch classic.

6 Nations is back and Ireland get their title defence underway with a win against some big rivals. We recap the game and look at the other two games over the opening weekend.

Round 10 of The URC is complete. Its another loss for Connacht unfortunately and we need to talk. With 8 games to go is the top 8 dream over already?

Connacht are the #1 seed in the Challenge Cup and we discuss their path to a potential final! We also look at the 3 other provinces and their last 16 games in the Champions Cup.
