A memorandum is found of King Cyrus's decree proving the rebuilding of the temple of Jerusalem along with all the articles returned and paid for out of the royal treasury of Babylon.  Haggai's prophecies address those focused on building their homes during the stoppage of building refocus on building the temple of the Lord.  The opening of the seven seals by The Lamb of God takes place.

Those Israelites from Babylon now out of captivity in Jerusalem first set up and alter and offer sacrifices to God before beginning to build the temple.  In the midst of building the temple adversaries cause disruptions where ultimately record of the building orders are found.  Who is able to open the book of the seven seals?  The lamb that was slain (Jesus) is the one able to open the book.

After three days of fasting Daniel is looking at future days when the antichrist come and sets up the abomination of desolation.  God's messages to the churches of Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea of where they are succeeding and failing, along with what is needed to be overcomes.

Daniel interprets writing on the wall of Belshazzar.  A trap leads to God sparing Daniel's life from a lions den which brings glory to God.  Revelation, written by John as he sees the full glory of Jesus as he is now and is given an unveiling of what is about to take place.  

Nebuchadnezzar's testimony of how he became saved, God alone is sovereign and raises up to power or humbles those He chooses.  John writes personal letters encouraging those to walk according to God's commandments and abide in the teachings of Christ.  

Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar declares that all worship him which leads him to cast God's anointed into a furnace for disobeying, but God delivered them from the flames and turns the heart of Nebuchadnezzar too the One True God.   He who has the Son has life eternal.  

Daniel, captive in Babylon interprets Nebuchadnezzar's dream and gains favor in the kings court with his three wise friends while remaining faithful to His God, and giving credit for all that is accomplished through them to God.  Test every spirit to see if it is of God.  God is love and those that are His are to be known for their love.  

Ezekiel sees a picture of the prince coming and presenting an offering, and showing the ways to enter and leave the gate to the inner court.  God is Light and in Him there is not darkness, if we walk in the Light the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.

God gives more explanation of this future temple to Ezekiel.  Peter is warning of all the false prophets that are to come and the judgement that will come for them as well.  Judgement delayed is not judgement denied.  

From Babylon, Ezekiel tells the exiles that in the future days the land of the north is going to come upon Israel and a great slaughter will come against them but Israel will be under a supernatural protection by God and all the world will know it's Him.  A promise comes from God that a new temple will be built and fellowship with God will come again.  

The prophecy of Ezekiel and the dry bones which represent Israel and Judah who will be rebuilt into one nation again. Also, the prophecy about Gog and the future invasion of Israel where God’s fury will mount up in His anger. Paul encourages Timothy from prison in Rome to preach the word of truth as a time is coming when people won’t endure sound doctrine but instead want their ears to be tickled....

God is speaking to the land because of the devastation brought upon it by idolatrous priests that did not keep the 7 year covenant of God with it.  God will give Israel new hearts of flesh, they will return to the land and it will be blessed and rebuilt to show all the nations around that He is the Lord.  Paul prepares Timothy for what the false teachers are going to become and the difficult times...

Looking from Babylon Ezekiel brings God's word of truth declaring that the people who were to report of danger coming to Jerusalem failed to protect their flock so God Himself restored Israel, separating the the flock, restoring those who listens to His voice.  Timothy is being encouraged to shepherd the people out of bondage bringing the truth of the gospel which brings life.

Ezekiel declares, a lamentation will be chanted over Pharaoh and Egypt as they will fall to the same fate as Assyria by the king of Babylon.  Paul in this letter encourages Timothy to guard what has been entrusted to him by God, without shame or fear of man through timidity. 

Judgement is coming against Egypt and any nation that supports her says the Lord. The letter to the Hebrews ends saying to them that Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.  Stand strong in your faith, don't turn back but trust in Him, your great High priest who offered himself to atone for your sin once for all time.   

God's justice for Tyre and its king comes, with their puffed up hearts from great riches and a king that who considers himself to be a god, so it will cease to be.  With Jesus as our example last aside sin that entangles.  The jews were being called to recount their step to Christ and to press on looking at who Jesus is.  

God has decided to pass judgement on the surrounding gentile nations for celebrating when Israel became desolate and Judah went into exile.  

Ezekiel gets a word from the Lord that the slaughter of the people in Jerusalem has begun for playing the harlot with other nations.  This is the chapter of the great hall of fame recognizing the greatest men of faith, teaching al to live by faith.    

The people of Israel are in Babylon and don't understand all that's happening to them is by God's hand because they were making no distinction between holy and unholy so God is going to wipe out all but a remnant.   

Through Ezekiel God lays out to Israel all He has done for them throughout their history and how they continually turned away from Him, and yet He will restore their land and they will loathe themselves one day.  The Law cannot make perfect those who draw near through sacrifices for sins time after time.  There is no longer a need for daily sacrifices as Jesus, the Great High Priest made one sacri...

God speaks through Ezekiel teaching about immorality, and judges justly those according to their deeds.  The people needed instruction as they had so much to learn and unlearn after idol worship for so long.  The old and new covenants are laid out, the cleansing from sin was limited under the old covenant whereas under the new covenant of grace, Christ Himself entered into heaven, offered His bloo...

God talks about His love and faithfulness for Israel and to His covenant with them even after their unfaithfulness.  Christ brings in a new covenant, a better covenant and His law will be written on their hearts brought in by His sacrifice and grace.
