Festus and Paul interact quite a bit in this chapter. This is Paul being accused and facing trials giving a defense before the governor and then being talked about by the governor and King Agrippa and his sister wife. Where are the women speakers who first proclaimed the resurrection? This is an interesting council. What are the differences between this council and the earlier Jerusalem council? Both are in danger, it seems, of fighting against God.
