My first podcast of 2026, and my guest is a lady called Carmen Stone,a Baker who has a beautiful "Tea shop"in Notting Hill Gate in West London. We spoke about her cake buisness,how she got started and also her working journery before she started the cake buisness.

In todays episode,I have gone international. I am actually in New York City,Long Island talking to Stace,who is a restaurant owner and her Daughter,Kathrine. We talked about what it is like, owning a French restaurant,"Sunflower cafe"in New York,Long Island,her family and also what it is like to be a female business owner in New York.

Today my guest is Chanzi, and we are talking about all things spiritual. Her Physic ability,crystals and what certain crystals you would use,for certain things. We also talked a bit about self development.

My Podcast goes international. My guest is Febra my cousin who is based in New York. She has a "Side Hussle"making delicious,home made Dog treats,which she sells at a farmers market in Long Island,in New York. Her "Side Hussle"buisness is called"Muffin and James doggie bag treats." With the Women's Football World Cup starting on Thursday. I spoke to my guest Sandra about what it is like having a daughter Women's Football. So my guest Sandra spoke to me about what it's like being a parent of a girl who plays Football,at the grass roots level.

With it being the 75th Anniversary of the Windrush,I thought it was time that I got my Mum to do a Podcast. My Mum and Dad were part of the Windrush generation who came over to the UK.

This weekend here in the UK,we will be celebrating the corination of King Charles and Queen Camilla. So my guest Gino,and I talked about everything Royal. From the Kings corination,to Princess Diana and her life as a royal. We also talked about Harry(Formly known as Prince Harry.) and his wife Megan Markle and Prince William and Princess Kate.

In my very first Podcast of 2023 , I got to talk to my Sister, Dr J ,who is a Doctor that specialises in Diabetes. She explains what Diabetes is,the different types of Diabetes and how as a Medic you would treat Diabetes. There is also a part 2 to this. So please check out both episodes!
