Genna is currently based in Nashville but she came to Cville for a show and was able to record our interview. Samantha and Genna chat about the new album, broken record, and they'll also play a few songs from it! 

Charlottesville based artist Mostly Okay joined Samantha in the studio to premiere his new song, "The Fall", plus we'll hear his cover of a 90s tune.

Kendall Street Company joins the studio to talk about their upcoming show at The Jefferson Theater - Festivus featuring Disco Risque and The Barons, plus KSC plays a few songs including a cover of a Christmas trucker song.

David Wax joins Samantha in the studio while they listen to David Wax Museum’s new surprise album, “Secret Creature”. David calls this “an album for the fans.”

Will Overman returns to the Local Lounge while touring with Boy Named Banjo. Don’t miss his solo performance as their opener on December 5th at The Jefferson Theater! Will also chats about his upcoming album and performs a few songs.

Alex Angelich made her debut Local Lounge interview. Alex says “I’ve always the bandmate, never the band.” She’s made a new single called “Trust The Process”, which we’ll play and also chat about her musical influences.
