As our realtionship woth God grows, so too our realtionshipwoth others- noone can saythey love God and hate their fellow human beings.

Prayer is vital in and for our relationship, it is essential in ur lifestyle and walk with the Lord.

Praise God that we are saved sinners, we have an iunner strength that enables us to live a sanctified , victorious, Christian life.

He said to me , " I would rather ask God for forgiveness than permssion." What do you mean? I asked.

Trusting and obedience go hand in hand. God doesn't change, His love is consistent. His Grace is directed to each one of us- it is a free gift. It is this grace that enables us to have a relationship with God. To our shame, it is a sad thing- it is possible for us to be out of fellowship with God, thisi s often the result of our disobedience.

Psalm 121. This song, this psalm, this prayer; speaks of a God who is caring- a God who is personal- A God who will uphold His people. It helps us to reflect on life, asking that all important question ' where does my help come from? '

There is confidence, an assurance-when we know who we are, and what we believe- we can have confidence and security in our heavenly Father.

I can ask you the question- Who are you? you can tell me your name and your occupation- Apart from our name and what we do or have done who are we really?

She was so confident in her father, that no matter what, she felt secure. She knew thatthere was a relationship that she could trust. In odedience she held onto my hand- all was going to be OK, so she believed.

Being a Christian is one of the most exciting things that anyone can do in their life. When we commit ourselves to the Lord Jesus we experience the power of God working in our life.

Relationship and fellowship with God are intertwined with our prayerwalk. Our testimony speaks of what God is doing in our life today, in the here and now- not just the past!

God knows the intent of my heart, there is nothing hid from Him.

Prayer is not a magic bullet. Prayer is not a means of blackmailing God, "You sid it, give it to me now!" Prayer is not semantics. Prayer is not just an intellectual excersice.

As our relationship with God grows, so too our relationship with others. We treat our enemies with forgiveness and love.

In the Lord Jesus we are made right- we have His imputed righteousness. We are reconciled with the Fathe and sin no longer is in control. Praise Godthe tehHoly Spirit is at work in our lives.

Prayer is transformative in what it does- people and situations change. Our relationship with God the Father and the Lord Jesus deepens-What a blessings to cry out; ABBA, FATHER!

The Lord Jesus paints a picture of Father God that others have not seen. He introduces a radicle way of living. When I have difficulty with people I have learnt to pray that God bless them!

Praise God- I am conscious of the fact that God knows the intent of my heart, there is nothing hid from Him. I have also observed that prayer is born out of life experience and in situations of adversity.

The Lord Jesus is the best example that we can follow- prayer was an integral part of His life.

A lifetime ago, a rag tale group of people wanted to be like all the other nations, they wanted a king. God gave them their desire- they in turn, tuned their back on God, relying on the things of the world. Years later the world is no different- everything that focussed on the grace of God has been sublimated by humanism, and history has been rewritten and God has been dethroned!

I sometimes chuckle when I recall what Isaiah said aboutbprayerbsnd the object of prayer (Isaiah44). You see , it is not about the amount of faith that we have or the amount of time we spend in prayer- it is about the object of our faith and to whom or what we pray to.

This is why the Apostle Paul says; "while we were enemies. that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting people's sins against them," Thi sis why the Lord Jesus came- that sin and it's consequences would be dealt with once and for all!

I cannot save myself but I can submit to God- I can learn to trust Him- The answer is found in the Lord Jesus- " we are reconciled to Him through the death of His Son, how much more, having being reconciled, shall we be saved through His life!" God the Father has taken the initiative!

Prayer is an experience,prayer is talking- Prayer is the most powerful activity that we can engage in. It provides great opportinities for growth and life. Through it our faith is put to the test and our relationship with God grows.

It is the object of our faith and not the intensity of our faith that is of prome importance.
