Let's talk about getting scammed :)...what we focus on, we attract. What we focus on, we create more of. So let's focus on something else and create a new reality.

Sometimes we get so into the extremes of things that we forget to get aligned and choose from the place of simple desire. Trends can be "trendy" but what if you really like it? Do you push against it? Or do you think you have to have it to fit in? We discuss all of this and more :)

I've noticed in client sessions how the client's body will act as though it is true even if it isn't. It can be a diagnoses, a belief, a story...etc. So how can we shift into alignment and truth? In this episode we will discuss empowering yourself to choose how you want to view things in your life and releasing "false truths."

Let's close the loop and release. We often keep loops open in our system which take up a lot of space and energy. When you make clean decisions then you are able to open up more space for creation and true manifestation of what you want.

In this episode, we will discuss boundaires and how they can support you in expansion. Maren will also give some tools for energetic boundaries as well as how to actually look at boundaires from a healthy perspective.

We often think we are just at the effect of life...but we are the CAUSE. You are the cause of your own life. What you are seeing is a reflection of what you told life to be...change your beliefs/thoughts/identity and it will change your life.

We often think the speed the world is going at is a bad thing. In this epsidoe, Maren discusses what to look for with instant gratification as well as how to use the new "speed" of life for your benefit.

To do what no one before you has done (specifically your family and ancestors), you need to think, believe and feel what no one before you has thought, believed and felt. You were made for this. Your desirs are meant to be created and realized.

We often take advice from "experts" In certain fields but we think expertise comes with longevity rather than with results. In this episode, we open up to exporing the individuals that you follow or take advice from and make sure the results match what you want. Otherwise, you can love and let go :)

I think anyone can connect with those that have passed on (if they want to). In this episode, I will discuss ways you can start cultivating this gift. :)

Our current belief system is what runs the show. When we wants something new it can feel like a threat to our current self (and even staying alive). Awareness is everything here. As you become aware, you can transcend this energy into creativity and empowerment. Simply changing the beliefs can allow you to create everything you want and more.

This subject can be very sensitive, however, with the permission of my client, I wanted to share a little bit of her journey and how we worked through cancer energetically. Also, using your mindset to support you in receiving and creating miracles. So much is possible if you are willing to go within and ask and listen.

Do you give yourself the option to look at all possibilities for you life? Often, we will limit our path by predeciding what is available to us. But when we look at energetics and quantum physics, we can see that all options are availalbe. Are you ready to open up to them and create a life you never thought you could create?

Have you defined something as "too expensive"? In this episode, we will discuss how characterizing or defining items as too expensive actually limit you in ways you wouldn't know. Open up to seeing all things as "available" to you and they will be.

Sometimes victim mentality can show up in sneaky ways. It is a form of nervous system protection but usually ends up costing you the life you want. So open up to releasing victim energy and becoming the creator of your life.

The way energy manifests physically is first from an energetic or spiritual realm. So to create what you want, you need to BE that version of you now. In this episode, I will break down a few simple ways to do this -- you probably are already doing it, but being intentional will make it even more powerful.
