Glenn had Cheryl Zeldin John and Tommy John today to get their thoughts about the Israeli conflict. This went on until the bottom of the hour, then Glenn talked about the accident that killed a young Watertown man and the sad news about the Watertown Zoo closing. It looks like it's for good too. Sad, just like everything else.

Wow, not (1) but (2) candidates for city council today! TJ Babcock AND his opponent, Ben Shoen were both on after Glenn's monthly conversation with Jerry Manor from Seacomm Credit Union. Both candidates talked about how their alliance will benefit the city of Watertown.

Passion, that's what AM1240 listeners have, passion for their city. Glenn covered this a day after his interview with City Council candidate Dr. Kimball. Glenn had Attorney Joe Stanley on today, he asked Joe about the rules around a school bus at a busy intersection.

Glenn had Dr. Robert Kimball on today's show. Retired Dr. Kimball is looking to become Watertown City Councilman. Plenty of callers today, who want to know how Dr. Kimball would have handled the golf course and pool deals with the current council members. Homelessness and the growing drug problems are at the top of his concern list.

Glenn did have a guest, it was supposed to be Councilwoman Lisa Rugierio, but she cancelled last minute. So, it was Glenn and his listeners. Too many 'In the Weeds' callers, so Glenn stretched his legs out about the Israeli/Palestinian crisis. Also, Cliff Olney wants answers to the water main break! Glenn says his press release looks like it was written by anyone else but Cliff!

Glenn had State Senator Mark Walczyk in today to talk about Albany, his thoughts about yesterday's water main break, and the positive initiatives set in place by his Republican colleagues. Good discussion about Natural Gas and Albany's attempt to eliminate it forever.

Glenn did a tribute to the late Suzzane Somers who passed away at 76. After a short shout out about tomorrow's debate, it was all Israel, and why people shouldn't be sympathetic to a country that was born to hate the Jews. Glenn asked Duff if any other Republican can win in 2024, he said no, Glenn agrees.

With the world gone crazy, it's tough to talk about anything other than Israel and the reaction to everything here in America. But, the local Zoo continues to be a topic, so that discussion continued today. Nice day out, so Glenn did most of the talking.

Glenn paid tribute to a local radio newsman who lost his battle to a recent illness. Also, Glenn had good things to say about the two streets dedicated to former mayors Jeff Graham and Joe Butler Jr. Crazy Ray also talked about how the Duff was rejected by Pat Sajak and didn't make the final cut to be on Wheel of Fortune.

No Joe today, so Glenn went solo on today's national and local issues. SG has an issue with Councilman Cliff Olney, and Glenn says Ozempic makes people look like aliens. Good stuff!

What a show and it's only Tuesday! Yesterday's show was for the 'ages' and today was an appropriate follow-up. Louie called in with his complaints, Jason wants an interview and the Speaker of the House is OUT! Plus, Glenn covered last night's council meeting and talked about how mean Swifties' really are. SG called to say Glenn is nuts!

Two guests on today's show. Seacomm Credit Union's Jerry Manor talked today about Student Loan recognition in October. Plus, Jerry added more tips on saving money. Then, City Council candidate, Ben Shoen was in the hot seat for 42 minutes, discussing why city rules hamper our efforts for real investments. Plenty of calls too.

Ok, bitching again about the city construction, but some chimed in too. Attorney Joe Stanley said the test to get your driver's license should include driving and merging on a highway! Yes! It should! Philadelphia is a mess, and it shouldn't surprise us if racism is back on the rise because of the visuals.

Wow, Glenn was solo in the studio today! A great opportunity to talk about Secretary Garland's lies and the state of America today. Plus, should we be more racist today after seeing all the images of violence, theft and anger from our inner cities? Glenn asked that (carefully, of course) and argued with Donnie about what is real and what isn't.

The 'Day After' show wasn't as congested as yesterday's Cliff Olney show, however, it did include scraps from yesterday and some observations from listeners. Attorney Joe Stanley called in too and covered his thoughts about Amish buggies in traffic and the growing number of E Bikes and E Scooters on the streets.
