Jesus warns us about false teachers and that there will be professed disciples who will be rejected at the end. It was exciting to see how the CrossPoint community responded to Drew and Sharon.

Jesus addressed doing Spiritual Disciplines for show.  Giving to the Poor, praying and fasting are all good, but ought to be done secretly in order to deepen ones relationship with God.  It's all about the relationship. Pastor Rick taught this lesson to CrossPoint Church.

Adultery hurts God and others. In God's eyes, we commit adultery when we lust. Jesus knows how heinous adultery is and tells His Kingdom Patriots to deal drastically with the sin of unfaithfulness.  Pastor Rick taught this lesson to CrossPoint Church.

Christ rose from the dead conquering sin's power in our lives and showing us what the future holds. Those who put their faith in Jesus have a secure future... one with Jesus for all of eternity. By God's grace our hope is secure.

The Jews were shocked... Jesus, the Messiah? Christ's entrance into Jerusalem marks a week that will change everything... It was time for Jesus to shed His blood so we could be redeemed and enjoy a relationship with God forever.  Hopefully, this story of God's grace will move us from surprise to shock. Anger separates. God condemns anger because God desires those who come under his reign and rule to be at peace with one another. Jesus literally said that reconciliation is more important than sacrifices. Pastor Blake Peterson shares this important message with the CrossPoint Church

Jesus fulfilled the prophecies and promises of the Old Testament. Jesus boldly proclaimed the authority of the Old Testament.  Jesus bristled against the Pharisees performances and all their man-made rules.

God blesses those who are persecuted for doing right. The Kingdom of Heaven belongs to folks who suffer for obeying their King. Pastor Blake Peterson shares at CrossPoint Church how persecution ought to be expected when we follow Jesus. 

God blesses those who work for peace... who actively pursue peace with others. A peacemaker goes... to those he has hurt or to those who hurt him.  Unity among the brothers is critical both in the home and in church. Pastor Rick shared this message to CrossPoint Church.
