We wrap up our run with the long awaited sequel to the original ghostbusters movies Ghostbusters afterlife!

This week we continue our run of Ghostbusters movies! We watched Ghostbusters 2! Johnny has some serious Rick Moranis takes! Greg opted out entirely! We go into it and discuss where this ranks overall!

This week we start our short run of 3 Ghostbusters films in the lead up to seeing Frozen Empire! What terrible opinions will Greg have? Why does Johnny only find himself taken with Rick Moranis? Is Greg even awake as we discuss the 1984 classic?

This week we watch the Robert Downey Junior cult classic Kiss Kiss Bang Bang! This is a mid 00s action movie that Greg has never before seen! We discuss how RDJ got to this point! Is this movie responsible for Iron Man? Was Native American Joe Pesci the real hero all along? All of this while Richard slobbers all over this movie with love.

In what is the actual start to our holiday movies that aren't holiday movies limited run we cover the ultimate not Christmas movie Die Hard! Be prepared because we slobber all over this movie for the duration of the podcast. We discuss some of the behind the scenes, and of course we discuss the casting of John McClane and what could have been.

Its the Mummy meets Christmas in the worst way possible with two Finnish kids playing Tom Cruise..... For some reason Johnny wanted us to watch Rare Exports because he doesn't understand the concept of the show! So here we are on a cold December night discussing a movie that was just weird as hell and mostly in Finnish. So welcome to the confusion, we have cookies!

This week we watch the Tom Cruise vehicle Jack Reacher and it tortures Johnny deeply....or does it! Listen as Johnny comes to term with his love for late career Tom Cruise, Richard and Greg wax poetically about how fantastic this movie is and we ask "Why was taken made again?"

This week! We all watched Taken a movie we all held in high regard when it came out..... Boy Howdy it did not go well. We ask the tough questions, mainly "Holy cow is this movie bad?" We litigate what movies we'd rather have watched and come up with a movie to watch next week the last week of our "Reluctant Action Hero" movie run.

This week we look back on the 1995 film Desperado starring Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek! Written and directed by Robert Rodriguez we discuss our thoughts on the movie, how incredible Rodriguez did given his budget, and one of us makes a startling confession about the movie.

This week we discuss the Simon Pegg/Nick Frost/Edgar Wright magnum opus "The Worlds End". Other than giving the title incorrectly for two weeks straight what else do we have to say about it? Listen as we both talk about how great it is and eviscerate it for a cadinal sin of movies.

In our second episode of the Cornetto Trilogy we are exploring Hot Fuzz the second movie of the Cornetto Trilogy starring Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, and Timothy Dalton. We talk about the amazing cast, the incredible script work and maybe a nitpick or two!
