If I'm being honest with myself, I've not been myself for over three months now. Much of this is due to having my voice suppressed over naming genuine cares and concerns of mine. Despite this, what I'd like to encourage you to do, as I'm encouraging myself to do is the following: Don't be afraid to use your voice.
