Jesus came to serve. Jesus said “Anyone who wants to be first must be the very last, and the servant of all.” The disciples needed to have a greater understanding of what great means. Mark Hodgetts has been a teacher of the Word for 40+ years. Mark gave us 5 C’s for crises that can be observed from Psalm 27, a psalm of David. When we face a crisis, following these 5 C’s: 1. Calm down 2. Check your instruments (word of God) 3. Communicate 4. Comply with instructions and 5. Climb, will allow us remain strengthened in God!

Is something other than God your master today? Often we can promote gifts that God gives us such as money, time and work from slave status to master status. These things are good servants, but poor masters. They can enslave us. But when Jesus is master of our lives, these gifts can help us serve God! Communion delivered by Dave Stewart.

We who are are allowing ourselves to be led by the Spirit of God are sons and daughters of God. Chris unpacked Romans 8:14-16 and gave some pointers in regards to being led by the Holy Spirit. We need to be willing to be led and know that it is a lifestyle and not a Sunday thing. Challenges will still arise therefore we must stay guarded against being led by the flesh.

Jesus was never exclusive. His actions and conversations were inclusive. He drew near to all, especially those classed as sinners. We too were once on the out, but now God calls us in. Andrew is a faithful member of our church and serves in the LMC Worship Team. Andrew reviewed the life of Jesus and how he sets a perfect example for obedience. Christ-like obedience requires humility and submission. Obedience is a choice, but is made easier when we trust in God.

Hannah, Annette & Dave shared who a Father Is, sharing the qualities of a good father and how that relates with God, our perfect Heavenly Father. Dave encouraged us to find our identity in God. We aren’t defined by what we do, our work or status. We are defined by our faithful God.

John 10 explains how Jesus is our good shepherd. Steph unpacks how we as sheep are known, loved and protected by a shepherd who is leading us to good grazing ground. We are just called to trust, know and rest in the fact that Jesus is watching over us.

Graham speaks from Song of Songs about the incredible, unwavering love that Jesus has for us. When we fully grasp this love, it changes us. God is drawing us in, it is up to us to accept His love and draw back to Him. Communion delivered by Warren McLeod.

As the church celebrates the baptism of three followers, Graham unpacks the meaning and significance of baptism. He describes how baptism in the New Testament is a rite of passage that has incredible meaning. Baptism is a ceremony, a moving from one place to another and a declaration of commitment.

Love is a measure of all that we do. Graham breaks down 1 Corinthians 13, with what love is, what love is not, and what love always does. When we believe in Jesus, we have His love in us and God is calling us to walk it out.

With the help of the Holy Spirit, no matter our start, our struggle or experience, we can become more like Christ with our selflessness. Chris marks the distinctions between being selfless and selfish and how the road to selflessness starts by following Jesus’ example and dying to self.

Graham begins a 3 part series on Jesus is: Love. To overcome the giant of fear, we must know Jesus’ love. Graham gives us a biblical understanding of fear and how we can overcome it. Communion delivered by Kim Sopar.

It is by faith we move into the Promised Land and enjoy the inheritance God has for us. God has given us the land - it is legally ours! To be able to enjoy the new, we must die to self and leave the old ways behind to enjoy the new ways of God. Communion spoken by Kim Sopar.

It matters how we respond to the events that happen in life. Through a relationship with Jesus, we can have peace, comfort and refuge in the tough times. A refuge is a safe place. It’s a place for healing and to be equipped and strengthened. Jesus is our refuge!

Jesus is the Beginning and the End, the First and Last, the “A-Z” and everything in the middle. He is constant and never changing. Pastor Graham unpacks the significance of the Alpha and Omega and the greatness of our God in ranking, in the bible, of all creation and salvation.

Sean W Smith is a Christian Children's song writer and entertainer! We enjoyed singing and dancing to truth filled songs, and Sean delivered a life-giving gospel message.

Frontline Youth is the thriving youth ministry of Life Ministry Church! Tom shared a message on communion, and Marcus and Savannah shared their testimonies. Our youth leader Linda preached on 1 Samuel 3 and shared some amazing principles on how to position ourselves to hear from God.

We are living in an age where loneliness is in epidemic proportions. People everywhere are looking for true and meaningful relationships. Graham uses scripture to describe a true friend and how we can cultivate a true friendship with Jesus. Communion delivered by Narelle Daly.

Revelation 3:20 gives us a picture of who God is - 'Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.' Chris unpacks what this means for us and looks at the life of David.

Our first love experiences impact us forever. They help us to define what love is, it shapes our identity. Spiritually, Jesus is our First Love. The one who defines us, shapes us and defines what real love is. What do we do if we have abandoned our First Love - Jesus? Revelation 2:4-5 says "remember therefore from where you have fallen; repent and do the works you did at first".

God is faithful to provide all our needs. God’s name is Jehovah Jireh, meaning “The Lord will provide”. With everything God provides, God asks us to be good stewards of the gifts He gives us and to trust and know that everything we have belongs to God.

Names identify us and become apart of our personality. ‘I AM’ is a name of God. Mike unpacks what this name meant for Moses and the Israelites, and what it still means for everyone today.

Jesus is still in control! Our own fears, emotions and circumstances can often direct our thoughts and decisions in life. But as believers, we have to continue to let our core beliefs take the wheel of our lives. Communion delivered by Chris Blacker.
