The only difference between the past and future is that the past actually happened, you already created it. So create something new - look to the future and don't stop til you get there.

Fear will hold those reigns so tightly when you allow it. The most dangerous part? You're completely justified. But this will keep you small and I know you're anything but. Mental game then on fear? "Hey fear, thanks for protecting me, you're going to ride in the passenger seat. I'm choosing to move forward."

You might be tempted to think today is juuuuuust like all others before, but you'd be mistaken. Today is brand new, filled with opportunity. Do something DIFFERENT, talk to someone with an OPPOSING VIEW, just to LEARN. You are on a life-long journey of discovery and there's no time like the present.

Questions are powerful and your brain knows what to do with them...your brain will take all day and all night, indefinitely, and it will present you with answers. First, ask why this matters, then how. Why, then how and you can achieve anything.

We all have something called a "map" that we construct from birth to make sense of our world. The thing about the map? It also contains assumptions, based on our experience, that literally hold us back. It's time for some map adjustments. What would you like to believe is possible for yourself? And what limiting beliefs are getting in your way?

"Airplanes takeoff against the wind, lifted by gratitude." Gratitude, “the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.” To be kind is to treat someone like kin, like family. It’s an incredible Monday for us to begin the week with gratitude. At the beginning of a week, ask yourself, "am I heading in the right direction to produce the results I want?"

You can compete for riches, houses, cars, fancy things and you may never truly find peace because that’s not the answer. You’ve got to know what your deepest truth is. Choose the thing you’d die for, and then live for it. As futurist and scientist, David Brin put it, “rage systematically at your limitations.” I promise you won’t look in the mirror the same...

Today, SERVE. It's a great day for opportunities to support those that matter to you and expect nothing in return.  Who will you serve today? I also discuss our shared passion to solve the previous generation's pain points.

Everything in your life is as it is, because YOU allow it. Take a moment with that...You allow what is. Notice where you are in life, you have given power to things you’ve allowed: your breath, your heart, your career, your health… You are powerful. Today, repeat this: “I have the strength and courage to stand up for myself.”

Making decisions based on the past is crazy talk and too often a defensive posture...put that car in drive, friend. You GOT this!
