Hi, I’m Clara Louis — a somatic practitioner and someone who knows what it’s like to live in a sensitive body, to feel disconnected from yourself, and to wonder if you’ll ever get back. For years, I lived in survival mode. My body was tense, my mind was always “on,” and I thought the answer was to push harder, think more, and try to fix myself. But what I learned changed everything: mindset can’t land in a body that doesn’t feel safe.
