There are four types of hearts when it comes to listening ot Jesus. Today we are going to talk about how there are four different types of hearers of the words of Jesus.

All Christians have been given a gift by God designed to serve Him. Serving God involves risk. Whar are you doing to serve the Lord?

Most of us can think of a person who has wronged us. That's not a good feeling. What do we do with that? Jesus taught in Matthew 18 a principle that all Christians should forgive one another because they have been forgiven. Listen this week as we talk about forgiveness.

The foundation is the first and most imortant part of any building project. The entire structure rests on it. Our lives are no different. When we build our foundation on Jesus, we are wise. Listen as we talk about building on the rock instead of building on the sand.

The Parable of the Friend at Midnight teaches us about prayer. When we go to God with our concerns and our requests, we are sure to know that God never tires from hearing from us. God even uses our time of prayer to change our own hearts1

You are invited to the banquet! Listen as Jesus teaches about the privilege it is to be invited to God's banquet and that there is nothing in our lives that is more important.

All who are in Christ are part of the Great Commission, to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

There are only two destinations for the soul: Heaven and Hell. This week, we will study the parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus.

Being a mom is something that God created. Not only do moms raise children, but they instill faith, habits, and norms. This week we will be looking at Jochebed, the Mother of Moses. We will see that her influence as a mother, can not only help raise a child, but can affect generations after. Please read Exodus 1,2 and Hebrews 11:23-27

This week we will look at one of the most familiar of Jesus' parables, The Good Samaritan. This parable teaches us that our faith is not just about knowing what God wants but how we love others in light of God's love for us.

What does it look like to prepare for the Kingdom of God? Today we will look at one of Jesus' teachings that challenges us to make sure that we have an attitude of preparation.

What is a parable? It’s more than just a story—it’s a call to respond. A truth meant to challenge us, change us, and draw us closer to God. This week, we will look at Jesus' parable about being judgmental.

Jesus' ministry was to show who he was and to save sinners. His work on the cross completes his victory over sin. Those who trust in Him can have freedom and victory over sin in their lives!

When Jesus came into Jerusalem riding on a donkey, he was revealing his Kingship. Although the people were shouting "Hosannah" and "Blessed is he who comes into the world", Jesus would reveal that His kingdom is not of this world. Today we will talk about the "Kingship" of Jesus.

Paul finishes up his letter to the Romans. As he does so, we get to see his heart for people. Not just a collection of people, but people personally. Ministry is always personal, church is always personal. Be encouraged today as we talk about how important people are to the ministry.

The Body of Christ (The Church) is made up of many different types of people. They all come from different perspectives and generally, all are at different maturity levels. Paul address those who are strong in their faith to have patience and understanding with the weaker believers. There are responsibilities from both groups. Please read this weekend  Romans 15:1-13

What responsibility do you have for other Christians? You actually do. We are called to protect one another, even putting aside our freedoms for the betterment of others.

Paul wants to send a message to the church at Rome that it's not important how you act in the non-essentials, but how you live out your conscience according to the Scriptures. What does this say to us today? Much! In fact, there are a lot of things that Christians do or do not do that are not right or wrong, but simply a matter of conscience.

The Christian owes the debt of love to others. It continues until the day of Jesus' return so we must stay awake and watch for His coming.

Every person is subject to some kind of authority. What does God think about the governing authorities, taxes, etc? This week we will look at Romans 13:1-7

How does the Christian prepare for the days ahead? We prepare personally! This week we will be looking at putting on the full armor of God.
